Requirements:
Candidate
must have at least 7 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping or CPA.
Quickbooks
experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Payroll (Paychex) to
perform daily accounting functions and month end close.
College degree required
or CPA. Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus, but not required. Job
Description:
Must be highly analytical with a focus on database management (DonorPerfect Online and strong Excel experience a plus). Position requires departmental and consolidated budgeting and forecasting, along with strong cashflow management. High volume bank reconciliations. Department head, financial statement preparation and review, reporting to management and Board of Directors. Familiarity with 990 prep for outside accountant. Equal
